1) How to request deletion in the app

1. Open the Argn mobile app.
2. Go to Settings -> Delete account.
3. Enter your account email in ALL CAPS exactly as shown.
4. Confirm account deletion.
5. You are signed out immediately.

2) If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject Account deletion request.

3) What is deleted

• Your account is deactivated immediately.
• Your authentication identity is removed from our auth provider when available.
• Profile identifiers are cleared or anonymized, including your email (anonymized), display name (removed), and provider subject identifier (cleared).

4) What may be retained

• We may retain certain records where required for legal, security, compliance, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business obligations.
• For organization-managed accounts, some tour or workflow records may remain subject to organization controls and obligations.

5) Retention period for kept data

Any data we retain is kept only as long as required for the obligations listed above. There is no fixed universal retention period for all retained records.
